Jacksie only accepts exchanges unless the item is faulty, in which a full refund will be issued.
We only ask that the following are met in order for your exchange/refund:
The item/s must be in the original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including all hygiene seals.
The item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Shipping costs for exchanges are not reimbursed, however Jacksie will cover the new shipping cost FREE of charge to send you your new item/s.
To organise an exchange simply email [email protected] we will then contact you with a return reference number and send you all the details you need to know.
We strongly recommend using registered post for your returns as Jacksie will not be liable for the loss of any exchanges.
Estimated time of your shipment will be the next business day from receipt of the item/s. We will notify you once your replacement has been sent.
